Hi there!

I am renting out my apartment as I will be travelling from around Feb 10 for 2-3 months. Can be somewhat flexible with dates.

One bedroom, large balcony and warm cozy living room vibes with many plants and colourful furniture. Has everything you need and some extras like a projector if you like winter movie nights.

Quiet neighbourhood with nice neighbours, big windows on both sides of the apartment.

Across the street from Eurasmuspark and a short walk up to Westerpark, and many local coffee sports, awesome pizza places etc. I can recommend you.

Total cost for all utilities and rent not including gas/electricity is 1744 euros per month. Happy to be transparent about all costs, only looking to cover my housing expenses while away.

Gas and electricity I will be calculated to your exact usage so you only pay what you use. I expect for these months is likely 100 euros will be used - so I will ask you to pay 100 euros monthly for this and I will adjust/refund afterwards for you if its different. House is also fitted with a smart thermostat so heating turns off when leaving.

I will also ask a deposit of 800 euros when I give you the key.
