About the place

We’re going away for 6 months and will be renting out our comfortable, fully furnished apartment in Amsterdam-West (Staatsliedenbuurt) during that time, within walking distance of the Westerpark.

It’s a 3-room apartment with a living room, a bedroom and a separate home office (not suitable as a bedroom). The bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm bed. The home office is set up with a desk, an office chair and a monitor. The internet runs at 400 Mbps, ideal for working from home.

The city centre is about a 5-minute bike ride away, Amsterdam Centraal about 10 minutes.

Available from 13 November for 6 months, with the option to extend by arrangement.

Rent: €1,550 per month (including water, electricity and internet)
Heating: €186 per month advance payment. At the end we settle it against actual usage. The advance is based on the average usage of a home in this building.
Total: approx. €1,736 per month
Deposit: €1,550 (1 month’s rent)

Suitable for 1 person or a couple (maximum 2 people). Not suitable for house-sharers.
