A bright and spacious one-bedroom apartment of approximately 42 m² is available for temporary sublet from 28 February 2026 until 29 May 2026 (3 months).

The apartment is furnished and has recently been upgraded (energy label B).

Through the sliding doors you access the spacious balcony of approximately 7.5 m², facing south-west. This allows you to enjoy the sun from early afternoon until sunset. In summer, already from around 12:00 PM. The view over the IJ offers changing skies and light on a daily basis.

The apartment features a separate bedroom, a bright living room with open kitchen and a modern bathroom.

Accessibility
The location is very convenient:
– By car, you can reach the Nieuwe Leeuwarderweg within a few minutes, with connections to the IJ tunnel, the Ring A10 and towards Purmerend.
– IJ-plein is a 2-minute bike ride or approximately a 10-minute walk away. From here, the ferry takes you to the city centre in about 5 minutes.
– The North/South metro line can be reached within a 4-minute bike ride and brings you to Central Station within minutes and to Station Zuid in approximately 13 minutes.

The rental period can be slightly adjusted in consultation.
