A bright, stylish and recently renovated, fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment with a beautiful canal view directly from the living room, available for a temporary stay from 23 October until 12 December 2026(flexible)

Renovated just a few months ago, the apartment features a warm, modern interior with a spacious, light-filled living room overlooking the canal, a modern open-plan kitchen and a comfortable dining area.

The bedroom is spacious and fully furnished, with an additional smaller room for storage. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, with a separate toilet for added convenience. There is also a spacious balcony with an open view, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunset.

As this is my personal home, I am looking for a clean, responsible and respectful tenant who will take good care of the apartment and its furnishings. Preference will be given to someone who can rent for the full period.

The stay will be formalised through a signed rental contract, with a refundable security deposit required.
