I'm looking for a single person or a couple to share my fully furnished apartment in the quiet Bos en Lommer neighbourhood, close to Erasmuspark and Westerpark. You would have your own private bedroom, while we share the living room and kitchen. I will continue living here during this period and will sleep in the living room.

Rent:
- Single person: 1400 euro/month, all utilities and services included, except annual taxes for water, waste, etc. Registration at this address is possible.
- Couple: 2200 euro/month, all utilities and services included, except annual taxes for water, waste, etc. Please note only one person can register at this address.

The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need: a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with large windows, and a comfortable private bedroom. Looking for someone clean, respectful, and easy to live with.

No smoking indoors, no parties, no pets.
