About the place

Apartment available, 1500 a month with all utilities included. Registration on the address, or storage of furniture, isn't possible. Smoking is not allowed, neither are pets. 

I strongly prefer to rent out to someone who will be staying here alone. The apartment is normally the place where I live and I can't make any adjustments for two people to feel comfortable. So in case you want to share the apartment with another person, it's better not to react.
