Are you looking for a beautiful, bright, and spacious apartment in Amsterdam to spend spring time at?

I'm renting out my apartment from 27 August to 21 September due to my stay abroad. Potentially also available after 26 Septemer for a couple of weeks. It's a charming apartment and there's a sweet cat living there :)

- 80m², one bedroom with a comfortable 1.80m x 2m bed and one bedroom with a large wardrobe and the option to put a mattress on the floor (mattress provided)
- Washing machine and dryer in a closet in the hallway
- Fully equipped kitchen with appliances and a cozy bar at the island
- south facing balcony with sun all day (when Dutch weather allows the sun to shine)
- A sweet cat to care for and enjoy a cozy time at home with 

The ideal candidate is a clean person who takes good care of the cat and my belongings.
