I am currently living and working outside of the Netherlands, and looking to rent out my apartment for the remaining time that I am planned to be abroad for, which is for now until 31 December, 2026. The location is in Amstelveen, near the metro/tram station Oranjebaan. The apartment is 67 m2, and has 2 bedrooms, a living room + kitchen, a balcony, a separate toilet, and a bathroom. Kindly note that the bathroom can only be accessed through the second bedroom. The apartment is furnished. The dates for the rental period can be discussed. The price of the furnished apartment is 1250 EUR, without utilities. With utilities, we would add an advance payment of 250 per month, making the rental price 1500 EUR. Wifi would have to be sorted by the renter.
