About the place

The independent apartment is situated on the top floor of our house. At the front and rear of the floor are 2 spacious and bright rooms with laminate flooring and roller blinds. In the middle of the floor is a space with skylight with kitchen, shower and separate toilet.

In the kitchen is a washing machine available for your own use. A gas cooking stove and a fridge with smal freezer section.

I rent the apartment out for an inclusive price, so including gas/water/electricity and internet. You may register at this adres.

We (mother, 2 children) live on the ground floor and the 1st floor. So we share the front door and the stairwell to the 1st floor with our tenant.

The apartment is equipped with laminate flooring, roller blinds, a washing machine, a refrigerator with a (smal) freezer compartment, and a gas stove. There is space in the front yard to park a bicycle or scooter.
Street parking is free.

Amersfoort Schothorst train station and busstops are a 3 minute walk.
Supermarket, Snackbar and Chinese restaurant at 3 minutes.
There are also 2 shopping centers nearby (about  5 minutes by bike). City center of Amersfoort about 10 minutes by bike.

Deposit mandetory: 1 month rent and €50 for keys.

We are looking for a quiet, clean, non-smoking resident.
Minimum 25 years of age. Working or work/study

-The apartment is rented to 1 person (so no couples)

-You have a permanent/temporary employment contract of at least 1 year (and you are willing to show that)
-Your monthly income is at least €2300 net (or you have someone willing to act as a guarantor for the rent during your rental period)
