The sofa, the bed in the main bedroom and the dining chairs will be removed.

The property also includes a private external storage room, suitable for bicycles and additional storage. Free street parking is available directly outside the property.

The neighbourhood is quiet and very suitable for cycling, while all daily amenities are close by. There is a bus stop directly near the property with connections towards both Amersfoort Vathorst station and Amersfoort Central. Vathorst station is approximately 5–6 minutes by car, and Vathorst centre is around 5 minutes by car or approximately 10 minutes by bicycle.

Supermarkets, shops, gyms, sports clubs and other daily amenities are all nearby. IKEA and the larger Amersfoort retail area are also easily accessible, as well as a petrol station and quick connections to the A1 and A28.

Utrecht is approximately 25 minutes by car and Amsterdam around 30–35 minutes.
