It has a complete modern kitchen including dishwasher and (combi) oven, a small storage room with washing machine connection, a spacious bathroom and separate toilet. 

The location is optimal in the cozy Aldegondestraat with a 2-minute walk from the city center, the Plus supermarket and the city ring with all public transport connections. The central station is 10 minutes walk or a few minutes by bike. The highway can also be reached within 5 minutes.
