# Fully Furnished A++ Apartment in Amersfoort – Temporary Home-Sitting

Fully furnished, modern and energy-efficient 2-room apartment of approximately 44 m², with a sunny south-facing balcony and a private parking space.

Ideal for someone temporarily living, working or studying in Amersfoort or Utrecht and looking for a fully furnished apartment.

## Temporary Home-Sitting through De Alliantie

As I am planning to temporarily try living together with my partner, I would like to make my apartment available for temporary home-sitting.

The apartment may become available at short notice. Prior approval from the landlord, De Alliantie, is required for the home-sitting arrangement. According to De Alliantie, the application must be submitted at least four weeks before departure.

**Important:** This is temporary home-sitting through De Alliantie and **not regular subletting**. The home-sitting arrangement and the proposed home-sitter are therefore fully subject to approval by De Alliantie.

During the home-sitting period, I remain the main tenant and responsible for the apartment and the tenancy agreement.

## Period

* Preferably approximately **4 to 12 months**
* Maximum duration: **12 months**
* Start date by mutual agreement
* Final period subject to approval by De Alliantie

## Who is this suitable for?

The home-sitter must meet De Alliantie's requirements. In particular:

* 18 years or older
* Does not have independent accommodation in the region
* No minor children living in the apartment
* Willing to arrange the home-sitting agreement formally through De Alliantie
* There are no income requirements or occupancy standards for home-sitters
