I am subletting a furnished studio apartment in a residential building in the centre of Groningen from early August until the end of January (6 months).

The neighbourhood offers a wide range of cafés, restaurants, vintage shops, bookshops, and bars, making it an ideal location for students.
The total monthly rent is €950 (€700 base rent plus €250 utilities), and the deposit is €900. The landlord has explicitly approved the sublet for this period. The studio is especially suitable for a student coming to Groningen for a minor, Erasmus exchange, or internship who is looking for a central and characterful place to live.
