Beautifully well lit apartment, where living and comfort come together! The apartment of approx. 98 m2 with two balconies. The apartment is centrally located in Amsterdam East, one of the most desirable and nicest neighbourhoods to live in, in the Dapperbuurt with the well-known Dappermarkt for all daily shopping, the Oosterpark, Artis and the Tropenmuseum within walking distance.

The neighborhood is one of the most emerging areas of Amsterdam. There are cozy cafes, restaurants, trendy bars with nice terraces everywhere, such as the Beer Garden, Bar Botanique, Loui Loui. Nice shops can be found around the corner in Van Swindenstraat, Javastraat and Oostpoort Shopping Center.

Accessibility:
The center can be reached by bike in just 10 minutes and Science Park in 8 minutes. The accessibility by bicycle and public transport, both bus, tram and train (Muiderpoort/Amstel Station) is very good. By car you can quickly reach the A10 ring road via the Piet Hein tunnel or via the Middenweg.

Layout:
Ground floor: communal entrance with staircase. On the first floor there is access to the communal courtyard and the storage rooms located in the basement of the complex.

Third floor: Entrance of the house, spacious hall with space for a wardrobe. In the hall there are two built-in cupboards, 1 with space for the washer/dryer and one with the central heating boiler. Also a toilet with sink and the bathroom is centrally located. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and a design radiator, great for warm towels. At the end of the hall is the living room.
