A furnished room is available in a cozy ground-floor house with a back garden just a short walk from Maashaven Metro Station.

I'm looking for a clean, calm, friendly,sociable and reliable roommate who values a respectful and comfortable living environment.

The house is fully furnished and has everything you need for daily living, including a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a TV and sofa, a dining area, and all the furniture and amenities shown in the photos. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient, with excellent access to public transport, as well as supermarkets, a gym, a cultural center, and a shopping mall nearby.

The room is approximately 7 m² and comes furnished with a single bed, a desk with a monitor, a wardrobe, and a mirror.

Travel times by public transport are:

Beurs – 7 minutes
Rotterdam Centraal – 10 minutes
Blaak – 15 minutes
The Hague Centraal – 40 minutes

Paid parking is available within a 2-minute walk, and the house also has a spacious back garden where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors.
