The room is situated in a completely furnished and modern houseboat used to be rented out as a hotel accomadation. At the moment we rent it out to workers/ students who are looking for a fully furnished accomodation.

Take your toothbrush and you can enter, even bedding etc is available. Fast internet included. 

The contract will start on the 15 th august 2026.  The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds, a livingroom with kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toillet. (so in total two persons can live here, only one room for 1 person avaiable at the moment, other room is rented by a dutch girl)
Total costs for the room is 695 a month, the service costs for electricty, gas, water, taxes and internet are included, so no further costs. One month deposit required of 695 euros. 

REALLY IMPORTANT TO KNOW, this is a houseboat in the Rotterdam Marina. You can register at gemeente rotterdam for your social security etc through a briefadres. We can explain you hiw to do this. Thus will take a couple of weeks. The rental period will be as long as you want but at least half a year.
