Hello everyone!
My roommates and I are looking for a new flatmate to join our house!
About the room:
Located on the top (4th) floor, this room offers total privacy as there are no other bedrooms on that level. It is spacious, fully furnished, full of natural light, and comes with its own private balcony.
About the house:
Ground / 1st floor: An independent studio apartment (used by one flatmate), a large garage, and a half bath.
2nd floor: A fully equipped kitchen and a huge living area.
3rd floor: Two bedrooms and a large shared bathroom.
4th floor: The private room for rent.
About us:
We are three working professionals between 24 and 30 (two guys and one girl). We are independent, easygoing, and respectful of each other’s space and quiet time. We value keeping the shared areas clean and tidy.
Who we’re looking for:
Someone with a similar mindset—friendly, considerate of shared spaces, and clean. Prior co-living experience is definitely a plus!
