 Room for rent in Amsterdam – Jan/Feb 2027

I’ll be traveling abroad in January and February 2027, so I’m renting out one bedroom in my apartment for this period.

- Period: January 1 – February 28, 2027 (exact dates to be agreed upon)
- Rent: €1,100 per month, excluding utilities
- Room: approx. 20 m²For: 1 working professional
- No pets

The apartment is approx. 100 m² and split-level. You’ll be sharing it with one other housemate who already lives here.

It is also possible to rent the entire apartment for the same period for €2,250 for two people or a couple. More information available upon request.

The apartment has:

- 2 bedrooms
- 1 bathroom + separate toilet
- separate laundry room with washer & dryer
- 1 rooftop terrace
- 1 balcony
- office
- spacious shared living areas

Location: Super convenient, within walking distance of both Rembrandtpark and Vondelpark, and close to plenty of restaurants, bars and public transportation.

I’m looking for one respectful, tidy working professional who will treat the apartment as their home and take good care of it.
