Hey folks,

Our light-filled apartment is looking for a new roommate! Homely, spacious, and quiet, this place is a treat for anyone coming home from a work day, or for someone who's into lazy weekend breakfasts.

The room is sunny in the evening quiet, and pretty cozy. You'd have to bring your own furniture as my roommate is taking his with him. The rest of the house has everything one could ever need, though, and is fully shared - including the balcony accessible through my room.

You'd be sharing the place with me, Viktor. I'm 33 years old, doing a PhD in biology, and I love plants. As a roommate, I am quite chill - I like living my own life, but what I appreciate about having roommates is that we're building a home together. Whether that means just maintaining the place and doing our own things for a while, or going to the inner city or Maarsseveensse Plassen to have a beer is up to whatever the vibe feels like.

As a roommate, I'm looking for someone who very much has their shit together but is still fun to talk to. Open, honest, and ideally proactive communication is a great thing, and so is a respect for each other's lifestyles. I further don't want to share the apartment with someone whose day/night cycle is unconventional, e.g. people working late or getting up at 5 am.
