On a unique and highly central location in the historic city centre of Utrecht, a room will soon become available. The property is situated right in the heart of the city, with shops, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and public transport all within a short walking distance. Despite its central location, the house itself is quiet and pleasant.

The property is shared with working professionals, each with their own lives and routines. It is explicitly not a student house. Peace, privacy and mutual respect are considered very important.

Who is this room suitable for?

We are looking for an independent, reliable and tidy tenant who has their affairs well organised and consciously chooses a quiet living environment. There is of course room for a friendly chat, but this is not a house where residents frequently organise activities together.

We are preferably looking for someone who:

- has a permanent job and is not a student;
- is independent and has their affairs well organised;
- takes good care of the property and keeps it tidy;
- is respectful towards housemates, the landlord and neighbours;
- values peace and privacy;
- respects and follows agreed arrangements;
- always pays the rent on time;
- is looking for a place to live for a longer period;
- does not have any pets.

Living in the heart of Utrecht

The property is located in the historic city centre, directly within the main shopping area. Shops, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, public transport and Utrecht Central Station are all easily accessible on foot. There is no garden or other outdoor space. Parking directly in front of the property is not possible, although short-term loading and unloading is permitted.

Registration at the address is possible, and the rent is inclusive.

No photographs, but a personal viewing

We deliberately do not publish photographs of the room or the property. The property is currently occupied, and the privacy of the current residents and their personal belongings is our priority. In addition, we believe that a living space can only really be assessed by seeing it in person and experiencing the atmosphere yourself. For this reason, we only show the property in person.

A viewing starts with an introduction. Only candidates who, following an initial selection, are genuinely considered suitable for the room will be invited for a viewing. This keeps the process personal and pleasant for both candidates and the current residents.

The property is only shown to candidates who have been selected as potential tenants for the room. For this reason, we do not arrange viewings with third parties who wish to view the property on behalf of someone else.
