Hey there,

I have a room available from 16th onward.
The room is clean and upholstered.
Registration is possible, viewings can be done pyhsically or through video-call.
Price includes g/w/e, and internet access.
I would like to start renting it near the end of August for 5 or 6 months, up to a year if it goes well.
Rest of the house is completely new too, and I would like to keep it as is.
All kitchen tools are available (fridge, microwave, oven etc). TV, couch, and dining table are available in the living room.

We are looking for somebody clean, assertive, and responsible.

There is a super sweet dog from time to time, and I do petsitting every now and then.

I do read every message I receive, however I am expecting a large interest again, and can only select a handful to invite for a viewing.
The viewings will be from 16 August onwards.
Starting date is flexible, and about furniture in the upholstered room can be discussed.
