Hi, we’re Viola and Aileen, both Indonesian girls who currently are looking for a a new housemate (m/f/x - internationals welcome)!

Our place is 3-room apartment located in a vibrant neighborhood and close to a lot of amenities in Nieuwe Binnenweg. Location-wise, it’s very strategic as it’s literally in front of the Mathenesserlaan tram station, 5 minutes walk to metro Dijkzigt, 15 mins walk to Rotterdam Centraal, very close to Erasmus MC.

The available room is fully furnished with a size of 8 m². The bathroom, kitchen and dining room, and living room are shared with us, including things that are there such as washing machine + dryer, TV + stereo audio, vacuum cleaner, fridge + freezer, huge sofa, and others. It’s very well-equipped, so you can easily move in without having to worry! We also have a huge balcony (40 m²) and the total size of the unit to be around 100 m². The energy level is A.

The rent is EUR 750 (incl. g/w/e) per month with deposit of 1 month rent. It is already available as of 8 June 2026 and can be rented indefinitely, but registration at municipality is now not possible. We are flexible about the viewing, you can do physical or online viewing with us.

We don’t have specific preferences for housemate. We are both social but also spend sometime at home, we also love to cook together and try new things together, so if this sounds interesting to you - tell us more about yourself! If you have any questions, also feel free to ask. 🙂
