Are you a student looking for a spacious, furnished room between Rotterdam city centre and Erasmus University? This room is available for a fixed rental period of one month and is intended exclusively for a student who needs temporary accommodation in Rotterdam in connection with her studies. Proof of enrolment and eligibility for temporary rental will be required before signing the rental agreement.

Location
The renovated apartment is located in a safe neighbourhood in the centre of Rotterdam. Rotterdam Blaak train station is approximately 600 metres away, Oostplein metro station is around 450 metres away, and the Kipstraat tram stop is directly in front of the apartment.

A supermarket, post office, pharmacy, drugstore, restaurants and several other shops are located nearby.

Apartment facilities
The apartment has three private bedrooms, a shared kitchen, a shared living and dining room, a shared bathroom and a separate toilet.

You will share the apartment with two other student tenants.

The apartment includes a fridge, washing machine, dryer, combination microwave and oven, kitchen supplies, kettle and cooking plates. The shared living and dining room is furnished with a table and chairs.

Electricity, service costs and internet are included.

Room facilities
The room is fully furnished and includes a bed, blankets, wardrobe, bookshelf, curtains, study desk and chair.

Registration at Rotterdam City Hall is possible for the rental period.

Rental period
The room is available for a fixed period of one month. The applicant must be enrolled as a student for the full rental period.
