The apartment is the middle of centre of Rotterdam. Whole house is renovated and unfurnished including new kitchen and washing machine There is a shared balcony. The house is on the first and second floor and in city centre: 1 minute by bike to the trainstation Rotterdam Centraal and 0 minutes to the centre. Bus, Metro, Train and tram are nearby. Parking also possible on the street or parking garage. A lot of shops and grocery stores are around the corner. Nieuwe Binnenweg is just 1 minutes away.
Utulities excluded in the rent till €30 prepayment per month. Internet included. De room is bright and has space for a closet and some furniture can be taken over from the current tenant. Two month deposit and one month rent is paid upfront. In total there are three people living in the house: you, another 2 housemates. It doesn’t matter if you are male, female, dutch or international, but it would be nice if you are also working or at the end of your studies.
