The entire house is 125 m2. Erasmus university is nearby, within 13 minutes by bike or tram. The tram and bus stop is around the corner. All shops are open 7 days a week. It's only a few minutes’ walk to shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Close to all amenities and restaurants. Central Station is just 9 minutes by bike. And only 5 minutes by bike to the beautiful park Kralingse bos. In this nature area you can chill or enjoy a picnic, BBQ, swim or sport. Enjoy a comfortable stay with high speed internet. The room has a lock. The room is 8m2 and is fully furnished with a spacious bed, closet, desk and chair.

You rent a room in a house where other people work. I work (remotely) at home. It is important that you as a tenant are neat, quiet, clean and that you comply with the rules. It is not a student house where parties are organized. Your roommates are dedicated workers. There are some simple house rules, such as taken shoes off when entering, turning off lights when not in use, no smoking and no pets. If you are a respectful tenant who understands the importance of respecting the house and your roommates as well as your roommates privacy and space, I would welcome you to my cozy house.
