### **Who are we looking for?**

We prefer a mature and responsible tenant who takes good care of the property, respects the other residents and uses energy and shared facilities responsibly.

### **Viewing**

The first round of viewings will take place on:

Suitable candidates will receive a specific viewing time slot.

**We do not offer online or video viewings. An in-person viewing by the prospective tenant is part of our selection process.**
