🏠 Room available from 12 October!

Hi! We’re looking for a new housemate to join our student house. A room of approximately 20 m² is becoming available on the top floor of our house from 12 October. The room also has around 1.5 m² of built-in storage space next to the window, so there’s plenty of room for your stuff.

At the moment, the three of us live together across the second and third floors of the house, and we’re looking for someone to join us. We’re a 19-year-old Spanish/Italian Biology student who loves going out, a 22-year-old Dutch Facility Management student who is really into sports and hockey, and a 27-year-old Greek Master’s student in Forensic & Criminal Law who loves cooking and baking.

We all have our own lives, studies and things going on, but we also really enjoy spending time together. We might have dinner together, grab a drink, have a chat in the living room or do something fun every now and then. At the same time, we definitely understand that everyone has their own schedule and sometimes just wants to do their own thing.

Besides our rooms, we share a large bathroom of around 20 m² with both a bathtub and a shower, a separate room with a washing machine, a clean toilet, a 15 m² kitchen and a shared living room of around 30–35 m². The living room still needs a bit of love and personality, so we’re actually planning to make it more our own together. It would be nice to do that with our new housemate too! 😉

We’re mainly looking for someone who enjoys living together and being part of the house, without expecting everyone to be together all the time. There’s no mandatory social programme, but we definitely appreciate a good chat. (ps the only thing mandetory in this house is knowing how to join a communal deepclean ;))

The rent is currently €525 per month including utilities, although there is a possibility that the landlord will increase the rent slightly. You can move in from 12 October. From 12 October until 1 November, the room will be sublet for €343. From 1 November, the regular rental contract will start.

The house viewing will take place on Friday 2 October around 18:00. We mainly want to have a nice evening, get to know you and see if we’re a good match as housemates. 😊

There is also a €400 furniture takeover. This includes a queen-size bed with sheets, towels, blankets and duvet, a desk with built-in shelf, a chest of drawers with three drawers, a shelving unit, a mobile fabric wardrobe, an electric heater, a floor fan, a rug, wall hooks and a round desk chair. The bedsheets and desk chair are not shown in the pictures.
