Although the room looks smaller than 8 m2 in the pictures. This nice room is in an organized, clean and especially quiet house for students who prefer to live in such an environment. You will share the house with 5 roommates (all doing technical studies at TU/e or Fontys); 1 girl and 4 boys. The students are busy to do their own thing, so there are no social obligations. With a bike you are at TU/e or Fontys university or in city center Eindhoven in about 9 minutes. Supermarket, shops, and bus stop are also nearby. In this room you have your own fixed internet cable and in 2023 new frame with HR++ insulating glass was installed in this room. The house also has solar panels, modern bath room, modern 2nd toilet, big kitchen and shed for bikes. Also a dish washer, washing machine and refrigerators are available. The inclusive price is € 586 per month. The rent is inclusive all costs: Cleaning by cleaning lady, Gas, water and electricity, internet, soft furnishings, furniture, machines and all other possible costs. Check the 10 photos.
