You will share the house with 5 roommates (all doing technical studies at TU/e or Fontys); 1 girl and 4 boys. The students are busy to do their own thing, so there are no social obligations. With a bike you are at TU/e or Fontys university or in city center Eindhoven in about 9 minutes. Supermarket, shops, and bus stop are also nearby. In this room you have your own fixed internet cable. The house also has solar panels, modern bath room, modern 2nd toilet, big kitchen and shed for bikes. Also a dish washer, washing machine and refrigerators are available. The inclusive price is € 744 per month.
