Dear room seekers (Internationals welcome, M/F),

Since someone will soon be leaving our beloved “Zeehoeren Theehuis”, we are looking for a new housemate!

About the house:
Your housemates will consist of 3 women and 1 man, all easy-going and friendly TU/e & Fontys students. You will share:
* a toilet
* shower,
* fully equipped kitchen (with four gas burners, oven, microwave and a washing machine)
* and a chill garden with a bike shed!

We sometimes eat together, enjoy sharing a cup of tea and plan fun evenings from time to time. Everyone does their own thing and there is always someone home. We have a simple cleaning schedule to keep the house clean.

About the room offer:
You get 2 small rooms, allowing you to separate your personal time and your study time. They are located upstairs and with furnishings available to be taken over for an appropriate price. The rooms come with 2 built-in cupboards, so you'll have plenty of storage space.

The rooms are about 9m2 together and the rent is about +/- 395 euros per month (including everything except for WiFi which we share).
The rooms will be available from middle October.

Note: The bed is a bit short and might not be completely comfortable for those over 180cm tall.

*About the location:*
Our house is just outside of the ring, about 7 minutes cycling from TU/e and 10 minutes from the city center, very close to (among others) AH, Hema, Aldi and Action. The bus stop is about 300m away.
