Bright Studio with Stunning Views of Scheveningen Beach – Available for rent from the end of september/early oktober.

Since February 2025, I’ve been living in this wonderful home. To share costs, I’m renting out one of the floors, this is a private studio of around 30 sqm.

The Studio
This spacious 30 m² studio is located on the fourth floor and offers breathtaking views of Scheveningen Beach and Pier. It was newly renovated in January 2025, providing a fresh, modern living space.

- Lockable door for this separate floor for complete privacy.

I live on the lower floor but am frequently away, ensuring a quiet and independent living experience.

€1,400 per month, all-inclusive (electricity, Wi-Fi, city taxes, laundry detergent, etc.).

Important Notes:
- Due to city regulations, the studio is suitable for one person only, and regularly hosting of a partner is unfortunately not permitted;
- Registration for one person is required.
