From 16 August, a spacious 17 m² room will become available in our bright, two-floor apartment of 103 m². The room is available for a minimum of one year. Registration at the address is possible from 1 September.
The rent is €580 per month (including utilities), with a €800 security deposit. The room is furnished, and the furniture must be taken over for €600.
The apartment is in a great location, about 10 minutes by bike from The Hague city centre. An Albert Heijn supermarket, the Haagse Markt, and several tram stops are all within walking distance.
You will be living with Megan (31), who is Dutch-French and works as a social science researcher. She enjoys spending time in the kitchen and loves going for walks and bike rides.
You will also be living with Maurits (32), who works in The Hague and is always happy to have a chat after work. Besides road cycling, he recently took up running as well.
The most important thing for us is that we treat each other with respect and consideration. While we all have our own busy work and personal lives, we enjoy catching up from time to time and maintaining a calm, friendly, and harmonious home :)
