Dear room seeker,

Café Eighty is looking for a new roommate!

Right now, the five of us (Arun, Marijn, Klaas, Dorian and Roos) live together in our house on the Brasserskade. We're between 22 and 30 years old, ranging from early master's students to (recently) working.

In the house, we eat together daily with whoever's home, and afterward we sometimes play a game (board games or on the Switch) or watch a series/movie in the living room on the projector screen. Some housemates like to work out together, while others are more up for a knitting, embroidery, drawing, or other DIY session. Right now, for example, we're working on painting a fresco on the bathroom wall. Everyone's always up for a beer or a glass of wine, and we like to plan a house evening/activity now and then when it works out, with an almost-annual house weekend as the icing on the cake!

As mentioned, the house is on the Brasserskade in Delft. From here it's about a 15-minute bike ride to the TU Campus and a good 10 minutes to the station. The city center and the supermarket are 7 minutes away by bike, and the bakery is just around the corner.

There's a bus stop right in front of the door and the tram stop is a 1-minute walk away, so our house is also easy to reach by public transport. There are also free parking spots out front.

The house has amenities (dishwasher, microwave, oven, washing machine, dryer). There's a living room with an open kitchen with a dining table and a seating area.

The room is about 10 m² and costs €410 per month (including gas/water/electricity/internet) and is available from September 1st. It's a temporary 2-year contract. Dorian will unfortunately be leaving us, so we're looking for a fun housemate (any gender, 23 years or older) who's in the final phase of their studies. Since we're only allowed to offer a temporary contract, the tenant needs to be registered somewhere as a student.
