I am offering a comfortable two-room living space for one student in a spacious apartment on the second floor directly opposite HAN University and near by van Hall Larenstein Velp. Thanks to its excellent location, public transport, supermarkets, and various shops are all within walking distance.

The accommodation consists of two private rooms, which are rented together exclusively to one student:

Bedroom/living room: approximately 12 m²
Study room, home office, or additional bedroom: approximately 8 m²

This gives you around 20 m² of private living space, making it ideal for separating your living and study areas. The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are shared with quiet fellow students.

The rooms are available exclusively to one responsible and considerate student. I am looking for someone who respects their housemates and neighbours and is willing to contribute to a clean and pleasant living environment by following the shared cleaning schedule.
