My flatmate is moving out to live with his girlfriend, so I’m looking for a new flatmate.
The apartment is 65 square metres, and you’ll be sharing it with me. It’s recently been renovated, and everything works well. The view is lovely too: you look straight out onto Rembrandtpark. There’s also an attic storage space, but I haven’t taken any photos of it yet.
The apartment is a really nice place to live, although the room itself is small, around 10 square metres. The furniture in the room (bed, desk and wardrobe) belongs to my flatmate, and you may be able to buy it from him if you’d like.
You’ll get a room rental agreement with a live-in landlord (known as a “hospitacontract” in Dutch), as I also live in the apartment and we’ll be sharing it. You’ll need to register with the municipality at this address.
