Hey! I (Mark, M28, works fulltime) am looking for a roommate for a year!

The room is 12m2 and is located in a large (97m2), completely renovated three-bedroom apartment I've been living in for almost nine years.

Living room recently facelifted, kitchen (new induction stove, new dishwasher), bathroom (new washer and dryer), toilet and large, sunny balcony across the entire width of the house, overlooking the courtyard garden. The rooms are not adjacent to one another (privacy) and, like all other rooms in the house, receive light through the large windows. The apartment is located within the A10 highway. Possibility of private covered, enclosed parking in the flat itself. Box for storage and bike.

Right on the Noord/Zuid metro line, so the city and the rest of the country are always close by. Ten minutes by bike to the ferry that transports you to Central Station for free in minutes. By car with a few minutes on the highway. Green views in front and back. Parks and other greenery all around. Large shopping center around the corner including AH, Jumbo, Etos, Kruidvat, McDonald's, Febo. Popular spots like Skatecafé and Foodmarkt less than 10 minutes by bike.
