📅 Rental Details
Minimum stay: 3 months
Maximum stay: 6 months (extendable)
Utilities: ~€150 per person
Cleaning service: €60 (Cleaning Lady comes bi weekly)
Total monthly cost: ~€1100
Rent increase around 10th month of the year based on Dutch autorities

I’m 35, and my wife is 28, have been living in Amsterdam since 2020.
I work as IT manager at KIWA. I’ve previously lived in Budapest, Helsinki, Istanbul, and Ankara. I enjoy traveling, sports, festivals, gaming & reading. I speak Turkish, English, and some Dutch (A2 level).
