Temporary House Sitting Opportunity – Fully Furnished Apartment in Groningen

From September 2026 until July 2027, I will be temporarily living elsewhere for my studies. During this period, I am looking for a reliable and respectful house sitter who will take good care of my home.

The apartment is located in a quiet, green neighbourhood in Groningen, approximately 10 minutes by bike from the city centre. Several parks, supermarkets, public transport and other amenities are within walking distance.

The apartment is fully furnished and ready to move into. It includes:

- A bright living room with an open kitchen.
- A sunny balcony with sunlight for most of the day.
- A separate bathroom and toilet.
- Washing machine, refrigerator, freezer and a fully equipped kitchen.
- High-speed internet.

I have always enjoyed living here because of the peaceful surroundings, the natural light and the perfect balance between nature and city life. Since I will be leaving my entire household and personal belongings behind, I am looking for someone who will treat the apartment with care and respect.

Practical information
Period: September 2026 – July 2027.
Monthly fee: €975, including rent, service costs, gas, water, electricity, internet and other fixed charges.
Security deposit: €975.
This is a temporary house-sitting arrangement, not a regular rental agreement.
The selected candidate must be approved by the housing association (Patrimonium) before the arrangement can become final.
If you have a car, parking options can be discussed. Until the end of 2026, you may use my current parking permit. From January 2027 onwards, any parking permit costs will be your responsibility.
