This courtyard house has two floors and is suitable for one person or a couple.

The house has a warm, cosy and authentic feel. You will have the entire house to yourself, including the living room, bathroom and bedroom.

The property is situated in a courtyard in the beautiful Archipelbuurt neighbourhood in The Hague. The courtyard itself is very peaceful, green and home to lovely neighbours. You’re a 10-minute cycle from the beach, a 10-minute cycle from the city centre and a 10-minute cycle from The Hague Central Station.

Everything you need (supermarket, post office, chemist’s, bakery, restaurants, health food shop, pharmacy, florist, etc.) is within a minute’s walk.

The property is let furnished, but personal belongings will be removed so that you can make it your own home.

Internet access, electricity, gas and use of the washing machine are included in the rent.

PLEASE NOTE: Smoking and pets are not permitted.

We are looking for a reliable, working person (or couple) who will respect the peace and quiet of the courtyard and the property. A lot of love has gone into our little home, and we’d love to have someone live here who can enjoy it with just as much love and joy.
