**Fully furnished apartment for temporary rent – October & November**

My name is Jenny and I am the owner of this apartment. I will be travelling for two months in October and November, so I am looking for a **reliable and communicative tenant** who will take good care of my home during this period.

The apartment is located in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood close to **Central Station**, with plenty of greenery and water nearby. It is a peaceful residential area with considerate and quiet neighbours.

You will have the entire apartment to yourself, including:

* Spacious living room with open kitchen
* Separate bedroom
* Private toilet
* Bathroom with walk-in shower
* Fully furnished throughout

**Amenities**

* Ziggo internet – 400 Mbps
* TV
* Open kitchen with induction hob and extractor fan
* Oven
* Washing machine

**Important:** this is strictly a **temporary rental for two months**. There is no intention to offer permanent tenancy or an extension.

**Who am I looking for?**

Preferably a working professional who is quiet, tidy and respectful, and who will take good care of the apartment and my belongings.

House rules:

* No smoking
* No parties
* No pets
* No shoes inside the apartment

The security deposit is **two months’ rent**.

I will be organising several viewing appointments during the second week of September. If there is a good mutual fit, we can discuss the details and formalise everything in a temporary rental agreement.
