Lovely apartment in the heart of the Jordaan, directly opposite the Anne Frank House.
The rental period is from December 17 through January 9 (Christmas period🎄).

Thank you so much. I just wanted to say that I’m so so glad we could arrange my stay at your apartment. I cannot emphasize how perfect it was - exactly what I envisioned for my month stay in Amsterdam. The apartment itself is so homey and lovely (and reminded me of my childhood visits in many ways!) and the neighborhood is unbelievably cute and convenient/central. I really could not have asked for a better time. So thank you again!


You will have the entire apartment to yourself—there are no roommates. I’m looking for someone who is respectful of my belongings and my neighbors, and who keeps the place tidy. If that sounds like you, please send me a message. It’s a wonderful place to live and work (from home), and I’m sure you’ll enjoy your stay.

House Rules

* No parties or excessive noise (I want to make sure my neighbors are not disturbed).
* Preferably no friends or unfamiliar guests at the apartment—please keep the place to yourself. There are plenty of cafés, restaurants, and coffee spots nearby where you can meet people.
* Please treat all belongings with care.
* A cleaner comes once a month, and this is included in the rent. If you would like additional cleaning visits, the cost is €65 per visit.
* Utilities (gas, water, and electricity) are not included. I will send you the final bill after your stay; a smart meter tracks usage on a daily basis.

And most importantly: ENJOY!

There’s so much to explore right around the corner: De Negen Straatjes, Tuinstraat with its many restaurants, and the cozy traditional Jordaan cafés.

You can comfortably work from home in the spare room at the desk (see photo). There are Sonos speakers throughout the apartment, so you can enjoy your favorite music wherever you are. A washer-dryer combo is available. The bedroom is located at the back of the apartment, so you won’t be bothered by street noise. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need (including a Quooker), and the balcony is wonderfully peaceful—a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee at the balcony bar. ☕️
