Going on an exchange semester for 5 months and looking for someone to fill the gap!

Private studio with relatively new furniture and appliances, including a private kitchen with a microwave, air fryer, kettle, stove, fridge, and freezer. Private bathroom with a shower, a sink, and a mirror.
Toilets are shared with other residents on the floor. 4 toilets in the hallway shared among ~15 other apartments.
Shared laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers (free use).
Cleaning of common areas (including toilets and laundry room) is done twice a week by a cleaning company.

The rent includes everything you could think of. The apartment itself, electricity, water (hot & cold), internet, heating, laundry machines, and my very own furniture & equipment.

The location is absolutely spectacular. Everything you can think of is within minutes by foot. Definitely the highlight here, along with the view of Martini Tower & Grote Markt!

Registration is a-ok! No funny business here - subtenancy greenlit by the rental manager.

Viewings can be organised in the week preceding the starting date.

Note: The starting date is fairly strict as I'd like to hand over the keys and everything on the morning of the 14th. The end date is a little more flexible, as your subtenancy can be ended a few days before the 31st if necessary, but in the last week of January nonetheless.
