Bright furnished studio with high ceilings and a private garden in The Hague

From 13 August until 20 December 2026, I am renting out my fully furnished studio on Wateringsestraat in The Hague while I am temporarily abroad. The studio is located in a beautiful former school building that has been converted into apartments. It offers plenty of natural light, high ceilings, and a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere.

The apartment is located on the edge of The Hague city centre. The city centre can be reached in approximately 11 minutes on foot, and the nearest tram stop is just a 1-minute walk away, providing quick and easy access to The Hague Central Station and the rest of the city.

The studio is fully furnished and includes high-speed internet and TV. It features a spacious living and sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet. French doors open onto a private garden with a terrace, making it a lovely place to relax outdoors during the warmer months.

You’ll also have access to a large shared courtyard garden, a secure bicycle storage area, and a shared laundry room with three washing machines and a dryer.

The rent for the entire rental period is €8,550, including gas, water, electricity, internet, and TV.

As I will be staying abroad during this period, I am looking for someone who would be happy to take care of my cat, Coco, and water the plants occasionally.

Smoking is not allowed.

Rental period ends: 20 December 2026 The rental period is flexible. An extension or a shorter stay may be possible by mutual agreement.
