 I am Juan David; I am 27 years old, originally from Colombia, and hold Portuguese (EU) citizenship. I have been living in Madrid and am now moving to the Netherlands.  I studied Law in Colombia and shared an apartment with housemates during the last three years of my degree, so I am very comfortable living with new people. I am a calm, organized, and sociable person; my hobbies include reading, outdoor activities, and cooking.  Ideally, I’m looking for a room that allows for municipal registration (BRP) and is available for move-in in early to mid-October.  I have a guarantor in the Netherlands (a close relative) with a permanent employment contract who can provide payslips, an employment verification letter, and their ID, as well as visit the property in person. Happy to have a video call so we can get to know each other. Thanks for reading!

Hi! My name is Rhyanna, and this September I’ll be moving to the Netherlands to begin my studies in Industrial Engineering & Management at Fontys University of Applied Sciences. My boyfriend, Costel, has been working full-time in the Netherlands since November 2025, and we’re now looking for a place we can truly call home. Home has always been important to me. I genuinely enjoy keeping my living space clean, organised and well looked after because, for me, the way you care for your home reflects the kind of person you are. I believe that if someone trusts you with their property, it deserves to be treated with the same care and respect you would expect for your own. We’re both active people and most of our free time is spent at the gym, hiking, trying new sports or simply enjoying being outdoors. We also enjoy meeting new people and hope to build a friendly relationship with our neighbours, while always respecting their peace and privacy. We don’t smoke, we don’t have pets and we’re happy to provide proof of income, proof of enrolment, a guarantor or any other documents if needed. Above all, we’re looking for a place where we can feel at home and take care of it as if it were our own.
