The room is located at the attic in a modern, very comfortable and spacious house.

The house is shared with two other housemates (a woman and a man in their 20ties/30ties).

The room does not have a physical wall or door and is part of the general attic space which is in total ~30 sqm.
However the room's privacy and separation from the washmachine/dryer space is provided by Japanese divider.

There is a house rule that housemates communicate when they want to do the laundry to minimize interruption.

The house contains one bathroom and two toilets, shared kitchen, living room, dining room.
There is a spacious, green garden and shed where bike can be potentially kept.

House is equipped with triple glazed windows that provide fantastic acoustic comfort and a balanced ventilation system that takes care of air quality.
