Location: Mariniersweg, 3011NP which is in center of the city Rotterdam. Supermarket, shops, restaurant, library, metro and tram station are just downstairs in walking distance. Cycling 10 min to Erasmus University. Roommate is Erasmus master student.
Room and Price:  One rooms is 18m2 with price 895euro, another room is 7m2 with price  648 euro are avaible from september. The rooms are fully furnished with bed, cupboard, study desk and chair. The refrigerator and washing machine are present in the kitchen. The rent price is all including energy cost (pre-estimated monthly depends on the bill from the energy company), internet, and city tax. Registration possible for the big room. Deposit: equal to 2 months rent. Registration possible for the big room.
Request: prefer female master student, at least 2th or 3th year bachelor student. No party, no dirty, no noise person. Rent contract is at least one year with possibility of extension for another one year.
