For rent for English-speaking (international) students, completely furnished rooms in international student houseboat. The boat has 6 sleepingrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower and toillets and common kitchen. Furtehr it has a big cimmon livingroom
Every room has a bed and mattress, cupboards for personal belongings and a table and chair to study. 
The kitchen and the common room are fully furnished, washingmachine is included.

We will make a contract for one year till 1 st august 2027. extension of contract for another year is possible. Rental period starts at  1 st august 2026.

The boat is centrally located on a quiet location. You can register at gemeente rotterdam for a bsn number etc. through a briefadres

The deposit is one month rent so 700 euro..
