Hi everyone! I’m looking for a new roommate as my current roommate is moving out of the Netherlands 😊

About the apartment:
Located in Old Rijswijk, near Caan van Necklaan
Around 10 minutes by bike to Den Haag HS

Spacious 100 m², 2-bedroom apartment (bedroom is about 12- 15 m²)
Fully furnished, so most furniture is already included
Rent: €960/month excluding utilities (around €1,120/month including utilities)
The neighbourhood is very quiet and residential — after around 9 pm there is usually very little noise
You’ll also be sharing the apartment with my cat 🐱

About me
I’m Yu, and I work as a software engineer. Outside of work, I spend a lot of time cycling and climbing. At home I’m pretty relaxed and quiet, especially on weekdays.

Since I work regular hours, I’m hoping to find someone with a normal sleep schedule who prefers a calm home environment. I don’t mind having friends over occasionally, but I’d prefer someone who doesn’t regularly make a lot of noise late at night.

I’m looking for someone who:

- Has a stable income
- Can commit for at least 1 year (longer is preferred)
- Is comfortable living with a cat
- Is clean, respectful and relatively quiet
- Ideally also works or has a regular daily schedule
