I am offering my room for a short-term sublet from August 16th (potentially August 15th if needed) until the end of September.
The House & Room:
It is a student house located on Goeman Borgesiusstraat.
You will be sharing the house with other students. However, because it is summer, most of the housemates are on vacation or taking things slow right now. It is incredibly quiet, and you will practically have the whole place to yourself most of the time!
We have a front yard and a backyard. They aren't used very much and the backyard is a bit wild (it definitely needs some trimming!), but it is nice to have the outdoor space.
There is a washing machine in the house that is completely free to use.
The Location:
The house is perfectly located for students.
By bike: It is an easy 10 to 12-minute cycle straight to the Radboud University campus and HAN.
By bus: There are bus stops within walking distance that will take you straight to the university or the city center in about 10 to 15 minutes.
The Rent:
€454.50 per month (this includes utilities).
