Über den Ort

I’m moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room on a long-term basis (from 1 July 2026, indefinite). Everything is arranged properly, with a contract via the rental agency.

The apartment
A beautiful ground-floor flat right by the Westerhaven, on the west side of Groningen’s city centre - within walking distance of the Grote Markt, supermarkets, gyms, and the Noorderplantsoen. The living room has high ceilings, tall original windows, and a back garden. It’s fully furnished: seating, dining table, TV, and an equipped kitchen.

Your room
A comfortable, furnished bedroom with a double bed and a large window. There’s no desk/table in the room at the moment, so you’d probably want to grab one (easy to find on Marktplaats).

Living situation
You’d share with one easy-going housemate. We can always arrange a viewing so you can see the place for yourself - feel free to message me with any questions.
